Do you want to be part of a leadership team which is passionate about making a difference to the lives of children?

Do you have the passion and motivation to inspire others, and the ability to lead change and deliver excellence?

Reach4 Academy Trust are passionate about ensuring an education for all pupils which ‘inspires beyond measure”. We are committed to enabling individual academies to flourish with a high degree of autonomy whilst benefiting from a strong culture of support and collaboration. Reach4 has the highest expectations of pupil attainment in national assessments, but aspires to go beyond the concept of “schooling” and to educate instead, through valuing an all-round development of the individual through arts, sports, leadership opportunities, enrichment and community.

Edenthorpe Hall Primary Academy joined Reach4 in August 2016.  It is a community- focused academy aiming to provide our pupils with the best possible start in life, and help them to acquire the skills, knowledge and ambition to be successful and happy members of a changing society. To do this, we work hard to develop not just pupils’ academic ability, but the skills required to be successful life-long learners.

The academy has undergone a significant period of improvement under the strong leadership of an Executive Principal and a Head of school. We are now looking for a substantive Principal who will be able to provide the inspiring leadership that will continue this journey. We are looking for a forward-thinking, inspirational leader who has the proven ability to deliver the highest quality of teaching and learning across the school.  You will have experience of supporting schools through periods of change; specifically driving improvement through the modelling of outstanding teaching.

This is an exciting role and a fabulous opportunity to become a highly valued colleague in the Reach4 leadership team. We offer a competitive salary plus pension, great career progression and development opportunities.

For an informal discussion about this opportunity please feel free to contact Benedick Ashmore-Short, the Reach4 Director of Primary Education at, or on 07393237676.
